Wishing Georgie welcome home

Yesterday, Christer George was ready to play for Rosenborg. His team mates are pleased to have the rapper "in da house" again.
"Georgie" was lent out to Spanish 2nd division club Cordoba, mere hours before the transfer window closed August 31st last year.
The prolonged trip to the holiday country did not turn out as the Oslo lad expected. He was in advance promised the job as central forward, but was mostly used as a winger at the mediocre Spanish club.
But now, George is back at Lerkendal.
"It is good that Christer George is back after a year as professional abroad. Everyone knows that he is a good player that will add quality to our side," Vidar Riseth states at his home page.
The squad like the little they have seen of the 24-year old on the training field this week.
"He looks to be in good shape, so he'll soon fight for a place at the team," Roar Strand thinks.
Ola By Rise thinks that the "newcomer" will be fighting for a place as midfielder:
"He is very flexible - can play both running midfielder, wing and forward, but he'll most likely fight for a position as a running midfielder," the RBK coach said in a rbkweb.com interview in April.
