Expecting a positive result of €4.13 million

Rosenborg has doubled their income since 1999, but still it is the Champions League that secures the result.

In 1999, the club had €6.49 million in income from sponsors and spectators. This year, the figure is app. €13 million.
Has reached our goals "We have reached the goals we set when we changed strategy five years ago. We have doubled our normal income during this period," Managing Director Nils Skutle says to Norwegian economic daily Dagens Næringsliv.
Turnover at €26 million But then there is this Champions League thing. This year, Rosenborg earns about €9.4 million - gross - from participating in the fine company. In addition, the sale of Azar Karadas to Benfica, and the "sale" og Åge Hareide to the Norwegian Football Assosciation NFF, worth €165.300. This almost doubles the turnover. This year, the Rosenborg group will have a turnover close to €26 million. The profit will be just above €4 million.
"We are in the lead in Norway, but still we are years behind the development abroad," Nils Skutle states.
