Rosenborg are reported to be very interested in the Swedish striker, who has scored 33 goals in 50 league matches for Esbjerg the last two years.
But the player himself is cold:
"Rosenborg have everything. But there is one factor I never will accept: The team plays 4-3-3. It does not matter how much money they offer me, I simply will not play in this system ever again," Fredrik Berglund tells FotbollDirekt.
The reason for this is supposed to be his unsuccessful stay in the Netherlands with Roda, who play 4-3-3.
Rosenborg might however still find a new player in Esbjerg. The team captain of the Jutland club, Jan Kristiansen (24), is one of the most promising players in Denmark, and might have been one of the players Kåre Ingebrigtsen watched more closely last week.
