"Lacked that little something extra"

"Real Madrid was outplayed in periods, but we are not able to convert our chances into goals. That's the difference between us," Riseth thinks.

The Rosenborg defender was especially happy with the last 45 minutes.

"We did push them back in the 2nd half, and did create many chances. But we lacked that little something extra. In addition they had a good goalkeeper. That is what it is like on international level," Riseth says to Rosenborg Web.

He admit that he is disappointed with the result.

"I think we deserved a better result. After all I think we were better than Real Madrid in the game play. It's a pity that we didn't make the most of all the corners (14!), but that is what it is like sometimes", Riseth concludes.
