The French/Tunisian does not want to extend his Tromsø contract, and hence, the Northlanders are interested in selling the wingman while they still can get money for him.

That's why RBK have shown interest.

"Last week, we got a call from Rune Bratseth asking for permission to talk with the player. After that, we have heard nothing," TIL Sports Director Tore Rismo tells Tromsø daily Nordlys.

Essediri himself has supposedly heard more from RBK: the 26-year old seems to have made a stop in Trondheim last week, on his way home to the holidays in Paris. The same evening, rumour says, he - accompanied with his lawyer Torgeir Knutsen - talked with Høgmo and Bratseth. Friday, he continued his travel to France.

The player, who might get a spot in Tunisia's World Cup squad, does not wish to comment this.

"Karim has been with us for four seasons, and he is open for new challenges. Should the right money be laid on the table, we might sell. But, as said, we have heard nothing more from Rosenborg," Rismo finishes.
