"We had a meeting this afternoon, but the negotiations have ended for today. It is possible that we resume Wednesday, but nothing is certain," Rosenborg director of sports Erik Hoftun told the official website.
Speculations says Rosenborg opened the negotiations after the London club had raised their bid from around £1.5 million to £1.8 million.
Stoor has contract until the end of the 2012 season.
