Zahora is owned by Dinamo Zagreb, but has this season been on loan to Interblock Ljubljana of Slovenia. The 27-year-old is their topscorer with 13 goals in 21 league matches so far. Last season he was on loan to champions Domzale, where he made 22 goals in 33 matches.
Last week he was on trial at Rosenborg, and he is set to sign his personal contract on Saturday after completing his medical. The transfer fee is said to be 2.5 million NOK.
"He has got lots of the qualities we are looking for: Good finisher, good runs behind the defenders and not at least a good goal rate," director of sports Erik Hoftun told the official club site.
Zahora will not be available in the league opener against Vålerenga. Rade Prica might however get his Rosenborg debut on Sunday.
