Hey guys very long time didn't post here
Two teams are left from Israel in the Europa League are Maccabi Haifa (Playoffs against FC Astra Giurgiu from Romania, won 2-0 first leg at home) and Maccabi Tel Aviv (Groups stage).
In the third round, Hapoel Tel Aviv lost 3-4 on agg to Pandurii from Romania, surprising Hapoel Ramat Gan (won the Israeli cup 12/13) from the second Israeli league lost only 0-1 on agg to Estoril from Portugal.
New stadiums in Israel starting this season, Maccabi Haifa will leave their old home stadium "Kiryat Eliezer" in 2 months, for this amazing master piece (in Israeli standards ofcourse )
Sammy Ofer Stadium 32,000 seats:
Stadiums built for the Euro 2013 U-21 played in Israel 2 months ago:
Beitar Jerusalem's Teddy Stadium (renovation) 30,000 seats:
Netanya Stadium 15,000 seats:
Petach Tikva Stadium 15,000 seats:

Well, it depends on the team and the match, the big teams, for example, Maccabi Haifa plays in an old stadium that has 13,500 seats and there will be 10,000 fans in a simple game while the stadium will be full in a game in europe or against a rival/big team from Israel, Maccabi Tel Aviv is the only team in Israel that sold out all their season tickets which means there will be 13,000 in every home game.
A mid-table team like Hapoel Haifa plays also in the same stadium as Maccabi but has like 5,000 fans a match. _________________ ~GA

I Guess Maccabi means sports team or football team or something, since so many Israeli teams seem to have that in their name? _________________ Du och vi, Alfred - du och vi |

I don't really know much about this actually, basically they are sport organizations started 60-80 years ago in "Eretz Israel" before Israel became a nation, and sport teams chose what organization they want to belong to, but it doesn't stand for football club as you can see in the logo "Maccabi Haifa FC".
There are a few orgnizations the known ones are Maccabi, Hapoel and Betar.
