Truly, I am.
I'd actually be interested to understand better why it failed, and what israelis are feeling and thinking about what's going on down there right now.

Pfff.... if the Israelis (and the Palestinians) had actually tried to follow the agreement, instead of stabbing eachother in the back every chance they got, it might just have turned out a success.
Unfortunately, both the Israelis and the Palestinians are like children when it comes to understanding the concept of Give-and-Take. They demand everything and give nothing. The best plan in the world would not work with your attitude.
Don't blame the Oslo Agreement. Blame yourselves.
