If you want a free defender, i'd like to play for Rosenborg My club won't cause problems too as we're in a low division _________________ Since 1917... |

Oh yes, and if Hirschfeld will leave us and Jarstein won´t come I am ready to be the seond/third keeper... For free! (That should be the moral and first aim of each player!) And you all know the qualities of German goalkeepers
But to be honest, it is hard for us to get a good defender! _________________ Hilsen fra Tyskland |

Juska Savolainen, Robert Vikestad and Ibrahim Kone will all join the training camp at Gran Canaria in a week.

Are they looking at Kone because Hirschfeld may leave?
It would be slightly surprising to contemplate signing Kone with Jarstein and Lars on board. |

Hirschfeld is leaving, Rosenborg hadn't sign Jarstein if not. Kone will be competitor to Alex Hansen if we sign him. |

Hard to say... Odense rejected the initial €1m bid, and no improved bid is made so far. |

Not really a replacement though is he, getting on a bit and Hangeland is a better player. |

Apart from the Trond Sollied Norge connection, is there any reason why Tarik has signed for Heerenveen?
I though larger clubs were after him?
I suppose they have been a stepping stone for many players in recent years and he will have a greater chance of first team football. Good news for RBK anyway in that one of our rivals will be significantly weakened. |

Apparently he has alot of friends living and playing in Netherland. Clubs being interested was Tottenham, Newcastle, Ajax and Le Mans. However, only Heerenveen and Le Mans was willing to pay the 3,75 m € Fredrikstad demanded. |

Koné is out, Stoor is almost out. I think RBK has an interesting amount of money to catch several good players instead of them. Do you have any possible names? Louay Chanko is maybe the first, anyone else? _________________ http://www.fb.com/norskyfotbal |

According to my sources, the club is Rosenborg. A deal might be closer than SIB thinks.
Edson Buddle's big breakthrough came this season, scoring 11 goals in 9 matches for LA Galaxy before a goalless game for him in New York this weekend: Watch highlights
He plays the All star match against West Ham on Thursday. Perhaps some of you will be able to watch it (on telly). |

My source fooled me yesterday. No bid is made, and RBK seemingly is not interested in buying Buddle. |

Buddle would have been a great signing! He's doing well in the MLS... _________________ thecomplexii.com - Founded 2005 |

heerenveen have a strong norsk connection at present, with sollied ,elyounoussi, grindheim and hanssen.
this week has seen alot of transfer rumours surrounding per and steffen but we have managed to resign mikael dorsin ,who left cluj after playing only 14 games.he is still only 26 so in my view he is a welcomed addition.
this week has also seen the departure of oyvind storflor, which i had hoped would not happen.but he`s joined stromgodset where he will link up with rosenborg old boys Espen Johnsen, Fredrik Winsnes, Christer George, André Bergdølmo .best wishes to him |

just wanted to raise the question to see what people think and perhaps why we never signed daniel nannskog, who has now scored 100 goals in 120 games for stabaek.
im really impressed with his statistics and ability.hes now at stabaek four years, the first two he was top scorer in the tippaligaen with 27 goals and 19 the year after.he also scored 19 last season but wa second only to thorstein helstad in the scoring charts.
i dont want to seem to be purely glorifying a rivals best asset, just wondering what people think of him and what could he have done for us? |

I doubt he would come to RBK, he seems to be pretty close to Jonsson and will no doubt be one of their, if not their highest earner. Plus, he's the wrong side of 30.
Decent player though and I guess whilst we had Kone, we had no need for that type of player. I guess Berisha is our new target man, or at least until the end of the season. |

iNorwegians step in for Harte
October 23, 2008
Former Republic of Ireland defender Ian Harte looks set to end his time in the football wilderness by joining Norwegian top flight side Valerenga.
Harte has been without a club since his contract at Sunderland expired at the end of last season.
Rumours of reported interest from Wolves, Ipswich Town and Sheffield United failed to materialise, and the 31-year-old has moved to Norway for a trial.
Valerenga coach Tor Ole Skullerud said: “He will be here for one week. So we will see.”
--------------------------------------
harte was on top of the world back in his leeds heyday, may be worth a chance for rosenborg to be honest |

Everyone seems to be choosing Heervenveen!
They have signed some decent players but I don't think they will live up to expectations this year, especially after they lost Verbeek to Feyenoord and a few key players. (Bradley especially, we should have signed him first if we had the opportunity...maybe a lesson regarding Cooper?) |
