what are the salarys for the players in romania? steaua, lets say.. iacubs salary? somebody said he earned way to much for a norwegian club to match.

(a rosenborg player will maybe earn around 150.000 euro plus 125.000 in bonus for the CL-qualification.)

Romanian players don't earn much compared to the rest of Europe's players. Radoi cashes in the biggest pay check and I think it's around $300.000 a season. Also, each player from Steaua missed out on a $100.000 bonus for missing the CL group stage.

However, something good came out of this match. Gigi Becali, boss of Steaua, decided to build a WHOLE village (around 330 houses) that got trashed during the floods Romania experienced this year.

So, we thank again RBK for showing us we are not prepared yet and for making (indirectly) a few of our people happy. Hope we'll meet again in 2006 in the UEFA cup last 32. Good luck, RBK and make Real Madrid SUFFER!

That's just great! Hope you're okay in Bucuresti!

Bucharest (Bucuresti) is the capital city of Romania. We didn't experience 0,01% of what those poor people had to go through. The water took everything they had: their house, their animals, their crops, everything! Gigi Becali may be crazy, but at least he cares about his people (Steaua included). He pumped millions of $ alone in this club. Like him or not, I must admit that Steaua is still a big club today because of him.

one thing you should know about vaalerenga: they are not good at playing soccer. theyre just good at keeping their opponents from playing soccer. you should try to get an early goal so they will be forced further up on the field. then steaua will be able to play like they want to.

their match against brugge ended 1-1 after 200 and something minutes. but the result should have been 6-1 to brugge.

btw, watch out for berre and hulsker. they are worthless swine without any idea what "fair play" means.

i feel that steaua are going to win this one. i think that im going to cheer for steaua in oslo... do you think that the steaua fans would mind? obviously im not going to wear any rosenborg shirts or anything similar.

The majority of Steaua fans wouldn't mind for sure. There will be some black sheeps, as it is everywhere. But, we played our two games and now we should stick together and keep a cool head.
Football is ment to unite people around the world, not separate them Smile

I have a bad feeling about this game....

Hopefully you will slaughter them. Let's cross our fingers that your team will be a bit more efficient than against us. Wink

It seems Steaua and RBK fans are becoming friends Wink
I hope this time around, Steaua will crush Valerenga and end all of this...

Offtopic (not that this whole thread is for now offtopic Very Happy ): where can I find some fine audio-tracks of norwegian clubs (not only Rosenborg)???
Or, who is willing to send me some?
