Rosenborg needs two more teams with a lower coefficient in order to be seeded in the 3rd qualifying round for the Champions League. But there are still many options open for this event to become true.

Rosenborg needs 2 out of the following options:

1) Galatasaray not CL1-2 in Turkey.
2) Sparta or Slavia not CL1-2 in Czechia,
3) Anderlecht or Club Brugge not CL1-2 in Belgium,
4) Celtic or Rangers not CL2 in Scotland,
5) Ajax, PSV or Feyenoord not CL2 in the Netherlands,
6) Porto or Boavista not CL2 in Portugal,
7) Panathinaikos or AEK not CL3 in Greece,

But also in the list of the top 5 countries there are some oppotunities. E.g.

8) Sochaux, Auxerre or Marseille at CL3 in France,
9) Bremen, Bochum or Schalke at CL3 in Germany,
10) Birmingham, Charlton or Villa at CL3-4 in England,
11) Udinese or Sampdoria at CL3-4 in Italy,
12) Atletico or Bilbao at CL3-4 in Spain.

So you see, still a lot of options for Rosenborg, and a fair chance to be seeded!

...1) and 6) are almost certain to happen, since Boavista and Galatasaray are doing bad this season.

In other words: Rosenborg will be seeded!

It´s great to read this news!! I have two wishes:

1)I am looking forward to visiting RBK in the Czech Republic because I believe that RBK will get FC Banik Ostrava that is czech master.
But Banik is very good team in this season and it will be very difficult to get into the Champions League.

2)Rosenborg will get some other (and easier) rival.
But I will not see rosenborg and his fans...

BIG DILEMA!!!
