As a german guy, i want to say: Welcome in Germany! ( Velkommen til Tyskland ) I look already forward to the World Cup and i hope we get many beautiful games.
What do u think, which team arrives the next round ? And the special question which team comes in Finale ? I hope we will see a nice Finale game, maybe a outsider like germany or sweden. We ( Germany )play very bad but we have a lot of luck. Whatever i hope we have a lot of fun

Can we please change the title from WM to WC?? As you said Halfdan; "Welcome to World Cup"... _________________ "90% av penga jeg tjente brukte jeg på damer og øl... Resten sløste jeg bort." -George Best |

And Rosenborg supporters should be cheering for Tunis. Karim Essediri is our only player in the WM. |

Karim seems to be just behind the starting 11 for Tunisia, maybe the 13th choice or something. In other words, I think we'll see him on the pitch during the World Cup.
Spain will most likely win group H, but Tunisia should have a chance defeating Ukraine, making it through to the 2nd stage. |

hehe k WC sorry my mistake i see the name "WM" all the time and so i write it automatically. I saw all test games and i hope the teams plays for World cup a little bit better but i think its a "pokerface", nobody want to show his strenghts apart from Germany, they played very bad yesterday. THe game : Poland against Kolombia, nice goal from goal keeper

I'm not so certain about that. Ukraine did very well under the qualification. Spain: Not so well. I don't think Spain are the best nation in this group. It's very even. Spain haven't really been a WC-nation neither. |

I think so too, Ukraine is a secret favorite for finals. Spain is like Holland, they have a very good team but in WC they cant use it.
What do u think about Swiss team ? Its difficult to say how strenght they are. _________________ My personal motto :

Well, there's no doubt that Spain have the best team on paper! However the game isn't played on paper like Ally McCoist or John Motson says in some FIFA game. I have never seen Ukraine play, but I suppose they play well together. They also have Shevtsjenko up front. He can score goals!
I think that Spain will go through to the 1st Knockout Round. Saudi Arabia will finish last. I think Ukraine will get ahead of Tunisia. I don't know who will win the group though. My guess is Spain, because I support them and England. I think that Xabi Alonso, F. Torres, S. Ramos and Fabregas will do very well. |

If Xabi Alonso and Fabregas will play, maybe. But I don't think they will play so much.
Saudi Arabia is good too. Did well in the qualification too. Though, I also think they will finish last. |

I agree with you on Fabregas, but Alonso? Of course he'll play! Well, in Spain's last 6 matches, he's started 4 and he has come on as a sub twice. And with Baraja (who was one of Spain's best in the qualifying matches) out, I think Xabi will play. |

A combination of
- fascination for the country
- good friend in the country
- betting
I am supporting AUSTRALIA in this world cup. And I have the feeling they'll shock the world and kick out Brazil !

Germany - Italy is my dream final. My two favourite countries taking on each other. Perhaps I'm somewhat eurocentric. |

I saw the game Germany : Costa Rice and i saw nice goals ( Lahm shot a nice goal and the first goal ). But i must say, they played very bad. We have a bad defense. Teams with good defense are difficult rival.
What happens with England ? Favorite ? I dont think so, it was a bad game. Sweden had so many chance but what they need is a little luck.
@Krovel hehe i hope it but i think it will be a final with : Brazil and Germany or maybe Ukraine and Italy. Both teams are good. And WC 2010 we will see in final: Norway - Germany
@Green apes try the sites of attach or make holiday in germany u can see all games for free and u get "Weißwurscht" and "Bier" *g* its something to eat and drink _________________ My personal motto :

So round of sixteen, today Germany - Sweden and Argentina - Mexico. I hope we will see top game with many goals. My personal prognosis :
Germany - Sweden 4:3 ; Argentina - Mexico 3:1 _________________ My personal motto :

No I didn't. But then again, it hardly matters.
What matters is being good enough when you have to.
Still it is clear that France 2006 isn't as overwhelming as France 1998. Their attack is much weaker. |
